Ask the bank first
Banks set their own requirements for identification, status documents and proof of address. Call or check the bank's guidance before the appointment.
Bring a complete file
Take the passport, status documents, employment letter and lease, plus copies. A coordinator can help with language but the worker must attend in person when required.
