Close the home properly
Give notice according to the lease, schedule a move-out inspection, read the meters, close or transfer utility accounts and document the condition of the apartment with photos.
Return equipment and documents
Collect company vehicles, tools, keys and access cards. Confirm with advisers whether any permit or registration must be reported or cancelled when the worker leaves.
